A Professional Standard of Care

What is a Standard of Care?

A standard of care refers to the level of attention, diligence, and expertise that a reasonable professional is expected to provide in a given situation. In recruitment, it means delivering consistent, ethical, and high-quality service that aligns with industry best practices and client expectations.

Our Commitment

We hold ourselves to the highest professional standards—ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and integrity at every stage of the hiring process. Whether we're sourcing talent or advising on strategy, we act as true partners to our clients, focused on long-term success and trust.

Career FAQs

Curious about what it’s like to work with Source and Recruit? We’ve compiled answers to the most common questions from applicants and team members.

What types of roles do you typically hire for?

We specialize in sourcing talent across a wide range of industries and roles—from executive search to frontline operations. Our internal team includes recruiters, account managers, and client success roles, while our client work covers everything from healthcare to finance to tech.

Can I work remotely?

Yes, all of our operations roles offer remote flexibility depending on the position and client needs. We prioritize results and communication, not where your desk is.

What is the interview process like?

Most applicants complete an initial screening, a Step One Survey, and a PXT Select assessment — the same tools we use with our clients every day. From there, you’ll move into a role-specific interview. We aim to keep the process efficient, transparent, and respectful of your time.

Do you offer training or mentorship?

Absolutely. Continuous learning is part of our culture. New hires get structured onboarding, and we offer regular workshops, peer mentorship, and access to training and recruiting tools to support career growth.

How soon will I hear back after applying?

We strive to acknowledge all applications within 3–5 business days. From there, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process—even if it’s a pass, you’ll always know where things stand.
