Bring us the person and the assignment details. We review the role and worker against our screening, onboarding, and acceptance requirements before confirming the engagement.
We pay the workers we employ, manage applicable payroll withholding and tax remittances, maintain employment records, and issue required payroll and tax documents.
We complete employment eligibility verification, maintain required workers’ compensation coverage, and administer applicable benefits and mandated programs under our policies and plan terms.
You provide supervision, work instructions, equipment, and site-specific training. We coordinate with you on attendance, performance concerns, and employment matters.

“My Chief Human Resources Officer Suggested I work with the Source and Recruit Company® to help recruit a new software engineer. This was my first experience working with a recruiter and was very pleased with the process and experience. Their sourcing specialist was outstanding! We’re thrilled with our new hire and I look forward to working with this team again.”

Tell us who you want to engage, what they will do, where they will work, and the expected schedule. We review the duties and any screening, safety, or credential requirements.
We agree on pay, the bill rate, the administration fee, and responsibilities. Once the worker is accepted and required onboarding is complete, we confirm the assignment start.
Your team directs the assignment and reviews time records. We administer payroll and employment matters, coordinating with you when the schedule or assignment needs to change.
Submit your resume or tell us a little about yourself. If you don’t have a resume, we’ll help you shape your story and highlight your experience.
We begin with a comprehensive review of your resume and career goals, delving into what makes you unique in your industry. This session is where we start drafting the plans for your career growth, offering you targeted advice to refine your job search strategy.
Based on your career goals—including target job titles, location, salary, and work environment preferences (in-person, hybrid, or remote)—we help you automate your job search using software that captures 60–80% of all available job postings online.
Your payrolling bill rate reflects the worker’s pay, agreed employment cost allocations, and a separately stated administration fee. Any additional services or expenses are identified in your Statement of Work. A client-identified payrolling worker has no conversion fee unless separately requested recruiting, sourcing, screening, or placement services and an associated fee are expressly agreed in writing.
We review each proposed assignment for duties, location, insurance, and any specialized requirements. That review helps establish what we can support and what needs to be in place before the worker begins.
You identify the worker, and Source and Recruit employs the person for the accepted assignment. We handle payroll and employment administration while your business directs the daily work.
No. This service includes employing the worker for the assignment. It is not simply processing payroll for someone who remains solely your employee, and it does not provide independent-contractor or PEO services under the staffing agreement.
Acceptance is subject to our review of the worker and assignment, including work authorization, onboarding, agreed screening, duties, location, and coverage requirements. We confirm acceptance before work begins.
You supervise the work, provide a safe worksite and site-specific training, review time, and promptly report incidents or employment concerns. The arrangement does not remove either party’s responsibilities under applicable law.
Yes. Notify us before making an offer so we can coordinate the end of the assignment and final payroll. For a worker you identified, no conversion fee applies unless the separately requested services and associated fee described above were expressly agreed in your Statement of Work.
