We start with the duties, skills, schedule, and work environment. Our recruiting and agreed screening focus on what the assignment requires.
Add staff for a defined project, seasonal demand, leave coverage, or an increase in work. We agree on the scope and anticipated duration before the assignment begins.
We manage onboarding, wages, employment taxes, and required workers’ compensation coverage for the people we employ. Your team provides daily direction and site-specific training.
You know who to contact for payroll, attendance, and assignment concerns. We coordinate changes with you so the worker receives consistent information.

“My Chief Human Resources Officer Suggested I work with the Source and Recruit Company® to help recruit a new software engineer. This was my first experience working with a recruiter and was very pleased with the process and experience. Their sourcing specialist was outstanding! We’re thrilled with our new hire and I look forward to working with this team again.”
