Samantha Vilaseca is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, strategic workforce planning, and client relationship management. As Healthcare National Practice Leader at Source and Recruit, she brings more than a decade of experience helping organizations align talent strategies with broader business objectives.

Samantha was Source and Recruit’s first salaried employee in 2016 and played an important role in establishing the firm’s client service and recruitment delivery model. After contributing to the company’s early growth through 2019, she rejoined Source and Recruit in January 2026, bringing extensive leadership experience from large-scale healthcare staffing programs and enterprise recruiting operations.

Throughout her career, Samantha has led complex client relationships, built scalable recruiting programs, and delivered measurable workforce results. Most recently, she managed one of Vermont’s largest healthcare staffing programs, overseeing an $86 million Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnership with the University of Vermont Health Network. In that role, she worked closely with executive leadership to strengthen workforce strategy, improve staffing outcomes, and support large-scale operational needs.

Earlier in her career, Samantha held leadership roles in healthcare recruiting, where she managed enterprise client portfolios, led recruiting teams, and drove year-over-year growth through consultative strategies and high-touch client service.

Samantha combines a data-informed approach with a strong focus on relationships, making her a trusted partner to organizations facing complex hiring challenges. She is known for building strong partnerships with hiring managers and executives while consistently delivering high-quality talent in competitive markets.
