With Fractional Recruiting, you gain access to our vast network and resources, ensuring your recruitment needs are met with efficiency and precision.

  • Under this type of arrangement, we offer our recruitment expertise to you on an hourly basis, defined either by a set period of time or a set number of positions to be filled. After the contract is fulfilled, our exclusive arrangement is suspended.

Operationally, it’s possible to have a project scope where there is very little difference between Fractional and Retained search, except that the contract structure and payment terms are oriented around project milestones rather than time & expense.

  • In retained search, we will carry out the project with an understanding that we are operating on an exclusive basis. This exclusivity ensures that we are able to work very closely with you at every step of the search, working through the methodology and communication strategy that best fits your specific needs.

  • Retained searches are thorough, rigorous, and suited for challenging positions, diversity search, and the demands of upper management and the C-suite, resulting in a target shortlist of 3 to 5 qualified, affordable, and available candidates being presented to you before interviews commence.

  • In exchange for this rigor, we charge companies with whom we conduct a retained search a fixed percentage of the candidates projected first year annual salary with 1/3 of the estimated amount up front, 1/3 upon the third candidate submittal, and 1/3 upon placement.

  • When you are looking for a high quality search process at a predetermined fixed price, the meticulousness and focus of a retained search is the most appropriate fit.
