So, who am I? I’m the Source and Recruit Company’s newest hire – Mike Rasmussen. After 3 months observing the operation, the knowledge, the eagerness, and the excitement of making our clients smile, I’ve found the culture to be well – rather refreshing. I’ve worked in corporate recruiting, so I understand having a 30+ requisition workload and having a desperate need for help. I’ve been on the agency side too and experienced the realities of organizations struggling to fill positions.
