If you’re looking for a new job, I highly recommend turning on the LinkedIn feature “Open to Work”.
This new-ish feature helps recruiters like those of us at The Source and Recruit Company scout out potential talent for roles we’re trying to fill.
Here’s how you do it:
🖥️ Click the “Me” icon at the top of your LinkedIn profile
🖥️ Click “view profile”
🖥️ Click the “open to” button located to the left of the “add profile section” button
🖥️ Select “finding a new job”
Then, write a headline that sells your personal unique value proposition:
“Founder of The Source and Recruit Company, helping small and mid-size employers take the guesswork out of great hiring.”
Write the right headline, and you’ll attract more attention on LinkedIn.
