Where To Get Started With Hiring

You may be a seasoned hiring manager with a great HR department backing you up.

Or perhaps you’re new to hiring and don’t have access to a lot of resources. 

As the Founder of an on-demand RPO, I work with both types of people — and everything in between.

But for the latter crew, it’s often helpful to know where to begin when it comes to hiring. Before you call a recruiter, you might want to consider things like:

✴️  Your big-picture needs as a business or team, and how your recruiting strategy will map to that

✴️  Exactly what roles you will need to hire for in the next year — with as much information as you have right now

✴️  A process for pre-screening candidates, even if that process is “call a recruiter” 

The more you set your own expectations, the easier it will be to map to them as you move forward in your hiring.
