Recruiters like those of us at The Source and Recruit Company® are selective about who we work with, because we know our own strengths. We want every relationship to be a win, so we intentionally choose to work with the clients we think we can help.
Of course, I can’t speak for all recruiters everywhere. But if you’re working with a quality recruiter who’s been in business for a while, you should be able to trust that they are choosing their clients wisely.
As a candidate, you can be sure that if we’re working with a client, it’s because we believe we’re the right fit for that company — and as an extension, we can find candidates who are the right fit.
