Overview:

Scott is a highly creative and well-spoken recruitment and business development professional with experience in the automotive, construction, engineering, finance and operations, and retail sectors.  His ability to create win-win solutions for all has earned him high marks from his customers. Scott joined Source and Recruit in September 2019 as a Talent Advisor. Scott was promoted to Sr. Talent Advisor in March 2021 and then Talent Acquisition Manager in February 2023.

Experience:

Prior to working with the Source and Recruit Company, Scott was a top-performing Executive Construction Recruiter with Global Recruiters Network, one of the largest franchised recruitment firms in the country. He is also the founder of Scout-n-About, a career services company that focuses on company culture and professional marketability.

Background:

Scott is a longtime resident of Sheboygan, Wisconsin and a proactive member of the community.  He is currently serving on the Career Services Advisory Board for RCS Empowers and volunteering with REINS, Inc. an equine-assisted therapy program – both organizations designed to empower individuals of all ages who have physical, cognitive and/or emotional challenges. When not engaged in his work placing talent, Scott enjoys spending time with his four grown children and young granddaughter, singing in a local rock band, writing music, and riding motorcycles.
