Building More Resilient Teams For Next Time
Resilience: the capacity to face and overcome adversity.
We all have it, to some degree, as this past year can attest.
But how can we better cultivate it in our teams?
Future Forum recommends the following approach:
Acknowledge uncertainty. It’s just a fact of life that there will be adverse events, and their outcomes will be unknown.
Show confidence in your people. Uplift your employees and remind them of their strengths.
Look for opportunities to create connection.
Encourage social connectedness among team members.

It means using the resources you have to get by. Leaders who model this sort of approach ultimately create more resilient teams.
