Best Practices for a Positive Candidate Experience
If you’re relatively new to being a hiring manager or you haven’t hired in a while, there are some best practices you should bear in mind to make the process a positive one for both you and your candidates.

⭐️ Be flexible with interview scheduling, keeping in mind that people are often trying to fit interviews into their existing workdays.
