Why We Don't Work With Every Client
You might assume a recruiter works with any client who needs help hiring. You’d be wrong.
Recruiters like those of us at The Source and Recruit Company are selective about who we work with, because we know our own strengths. We want every relationship to be a win, so we intentionally choose to work with the clients we think we can help.
Of course, I can’t speak for all recruiters everywhere. But if you’re working with a quality recruiter who’s been in business for a while, you should be able to trust that they are choosing their clients wisely.
As a candidate, you can be sure that if we’re working with a client, it’s because we believe we’re the right fit for that company — and as an extension, we can find candidates who are the right fit.
